They then found these boxes, which turned out to be prices extremely reasonably. They also told us the type of paperwork and numbers we should bring back when we shipped the samples. They were great.

Every time I would get to that part the page would just go blank and I could Not input my payment info. I tried All day Thursday and half the day Friday on multiple devices. I called the store and was told to email my image for printing. At that time I asked Would it be the same price and I was Told yes. When I got There to pick up my order and pay the pricing was completely different and about $7/8 dollars more then the website stated and I was Told it would be the same price.

As I started to pull it out of the back of the SUV, Jim came running and said "wait Mam" let me help you! I was not expecting any help at all! When he saw the box and we both realized that it would not fix on the dolly, Jim just picked up this huge furniture box and put it across his shoulder. By the time I got the dolly back inside, the large box was behind the counter. I had already printed out the return forms. Jim and the other person said, "you're good to go!" Jim's help was outstanding and the service was excellent! I tried to pay him for his help, and he would accept nothing...therefore, I'm writing this to praise his dedication and helpfulness! THANK YOU JIM!

When my packages was lost by FedEx Ground, Tim went above and beyond to help me, despite the issue not falling under his department. His understanding, sympathy, and efficient handling of the situation showcased a high level of professionalism. With a sense of urgency, he successfully located my packages, and his commitment to resolving the problem left a lasting positive impression.
