    The branding/pricing process was frustrating. I spent over $30k and the quote process was very slow and Itterly was inflexible on the deadline. NUMEROUS times her email response time took an entire day, delaying the receipt of size specs from her and taking away another day for our designer to create artwork. She would not budge on my request for a two day extension on the deadline. Finally I was able to get Rachel Shero to approve the extension by 2 days.

    What an incredibly amazing experience! Ivanna fantastically handle multiple customer requests at the same time with each customer seemingly frazzled, but quickly eased with her style and approach. She was amazing with me and my urgent request!
