That’s completely unacceptable!!! What a great way to make and keep customers! What kind of a business model do you have? Three friends of mine worked for FedEx, Two were pilots and the other was an aircraft mechanic. They all talked about how bad the company was. And how the mechanic got screwed out of his retirement after a life time of service to FedEx! Even a fair amount of your drivers are NOT people I would have on the job, just judging from my experience. UPS far outshines FedEx in every way! I will NEVER use FEDEX if I have the choice gain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
