I was told it would arrive on Friday 4/5/24 with a required signature. However this did not happen. On Saturday when I tracked the package it said it was sent by FedEx ground delivery which does not have a guarantee arrival date. So I waited until 4/10/24 and now it says that it is lost. Very disappointed as I have used this same place on several occasions and never had a problem until now.

They are supposed to be getting new printers, and My files were too large to print with the correct coloring. All 3 employees worked so hard to get my files to perfection. Michael even compressed and changed the file for me to format! I came back in later and all 800 copies were done, organized, and beautiful! They were all so empathetic and kind about the issues, and I can tell truly cared about making it right. This location prints more than anywhere in Tallahassee — they should get the first new printers in the area!!! I moved to this location from another FedEx because I print and ship for my job, and I wouldn’t go to any other FedEx in or near town. This team is incredible!!!! Do whatever you need to to keep them happy! They’re the best FedEx by far I’ve EVER worked with — and I come from LA & Atlanta.
