The line was not that long But unfortunately, I have come into the store three times this week and noticed that he has been the only person at the front counter there has been another young man Who seems to be talking to someone in the back every time I have came to the store. The other times his face was glued to a computer screen, without looking to assist and help the line. There were at least four people in line and even though I didn’t have to wait so long, it would be nice to actually get some assistance besides, waiting there until those three people were finished.

They greet me, assist me with any questions and are swift in getting the shipping handled. Terrance was working today and is often working during my visits. He always has a smile on his face and is friendly. He always recognizes that I need my receipts and efficiently handles my packages despite an often busy environment. It is a pleasure doing business at this location because of the people.
