I needed a passport photo but was wearing a white shirt so the picture didn’t show my shoulders, he let me borrow a jacket so I didn’t have to go all the way home. Saved me a lot of frustration and double checked all my paperwork was correct.

The voucher was for “printing” and while I was disappointed, Sam helped me out with the box instead. I was really appreciative and gave my $12 vouchers for him to pass on! I had no idea where to begin and I have called several paper/scrapbook stores looking for large sized card stock -no one could help me or had any suggestions. Not only did this Fed Ex location have the correct large cardstock, but both Delaney and Albert helped me get the link onto my computer so that they could print my poster. I could never have done this without their help and even though they were super busy (I even went first thing in the morning),they multitasked with other customers! I drove to this location which is 30 mins from my house because of their 5star reviews online and I had 3 FedEx locations closer to my house. And I will drive the extra distance to this location every darn time!!!
