    Your FedEx store on panola road, Lithona ga is absolutely the pits. I had to go to another FedEx store on LaVista Rd In Decatur ga to get the services that I needed by Xavier. Who did an outstanding job The store on panola road they were rude. They didn't get my order right and refused to get it right when I had paid a $160 for an order that they refuse to get right.

    I am hopeless at places like FedEx; I’m hard of hearing and can be a bit addle-brained about everything! The young man who helped me was infinitely patient and kind. Most definitely switching to their FedEx store for ALL of my shipping and packaging needs!!

    J’melle welcomed me to the store and made me feel that my concern mattered to her she was very professional and diligent handling my package it was a very important document, time sensitive and she took care of me like if it was her own.

    Working to resolve an issue where an employee mislabeled items. I spoke to Lucy at the 1-800 number for help and she told me to have my customer leave the items outside the door of the wrong addresses and FedEx were to pick up and return to me. Then the manager of the store (Dustin?) called, apologized and would work to fix things. A few hours later, Kelly, a driver In Illinois was kind enough to contact me saying that she can’t return the item to me because it needs a new label. Lucy never discussed this with me. I then attempted to contact Dustin at the store to give him this information. I asked to speak to a manager and the clerk said that the manager was at lunch and to call back in an hour, not bothering to offer if he could help or take a message. When I said thank you, he simply said “sure” and hung up. I then called back to get his name since he never offered it and I’m documenting this entire horrible experience. He answered the phone with “Office”. I said, “Hi, who am I speaking to?” To which he replied, “Who’s this?” I said “I spoke to you a moment ago. What’s your name?” He rudely replied “LC”. I thanked him and he hung up. This ongoing experience with FedEx is absolutely the most horrendous service I’ve ever received not to mention inept. I have personally worked retail and have managed stores since my 20s and have never witnessed such widespread incompetence in a company. I have lost considerable time, money and business because of FedEx and treated poorly on top of it.

    I had a wonderful experience at this location, I originally spoke with John who was absolutely amazing and answered all of my questions after trying to process my order online (which was unsuccessful) he ensured me my order would be ready in time and it was! I later followed up with management to verify the email and price and he was equally as great. Upon pickup, I was met by Dustin and he proved me with speedy and professional service at checkout. The entire staff is truly amazing and this is by far the best fedex I have been to. I will be returning for all my orint needs.

    The clerk put the address stickers that he printed on the wrong boxes. So, the package that was supposed to go to Florida went to Illinois and vice versa. This was AFTER he complimented me on how legible my handwriting was. This mistake cost me time, money and upset two of my customers. It has deeply bruised my business relationships. I will never use FedEx again.

    I visited the store to ship an item for purchase return. I didn't have everything I needed to ship the items. Pepa spoke with her manager and figured out a way to help me ship the package without having to spend extra money. Pepa has excellent customer service skills and is good at trouble shooting.
