When the transaction wouldn't go through multiple times, she didn't give up and assisted me in getting the order in and processed very quickly. She was amazing.

When the salesperson, Camille, pulled the banner out, I noticed that I left the text box words on my picture! I was devastated but it was my fault. I took it home but it just didn't sit right with me, so I ordered another banner at 4:00 AM on March 18th. I called the FedEx store and spoke to Chris to let him know that I ordered another banner but online it would not let me order just the banner itself, I had to order the stand too. Chris spoke to Kori and he told me not to worry about it and they will refund my money back, due to me paying for a banner the day before! I got tears in my eyes! It was my mistake but Chris & FedEx made me feel like a valued customer! I really appreciate it!!
