She was very professional and helpful. Several people came in while she was waiting on me. She was moving at a good pace and I advised her that she could stop and wait on several people that had one item. She did and continued processing my shipment. I was very pleased and grateful for her help. I tried to give her a tip but she stated she was not allowed to receive tips. I shipped 12 boxes this time and 18 boxes earlier this month. Cheyenne was friendly and professional. You have a very good employee who made my experience pleasant.
