    I came into the store to print a cotract, buy a envelope, and ship out my contract and money. I had a cash bank envelope in hand and was not informed I could not mail cash. The package arrived without the cash inside and the recepient has also informed me the Teddy never actually sealed the enevelope. I have trried to file a claim through you all where I was told it was being investigated only to find out as of this moring there is nothing FedEx is willing to do because I mailed cash I was not suppose to be abllowed to mail. I called the local store this morning and was told there was 0 chance they made an error and there was zero fault on them. I have now had money stolen, PAID to ship something only for it to get stolen, Ahave been told it's my fault for not being told by FedEx that they cannot ship the contents of my package, AND that I simply must be wrong becuase there is no chance the store made an eror. This is by far the worst service I have ever recieved when mailing anything and I will be opening a formal police investigation.

    Teddy helped more than just shipping. They also answered questions, fetched an old receipt, and covered the shipping label for a USPS box with tape, which isn't something required.

    Arrived at store to get construction drawings printed 30”x42” on the plotter. First trip employee didn’t know how to setup up the job so they needed assistance-took about 30 minutes to complete. Was told to come back next day to pick up. Total cost was $101.12. When I picked up, I didn’t notice at first but they were printed 24”x42” instead of 30”x42”. Had to return now a 3rd time and deal with a 3rd employee that didn’t seem to give a f*** if these things got done or not. He first tried resending the job to the printer and said “let me know if it works” and walked away. Quickly I realized and told him “I think you have to turn the printer on first. Next couple of attempts it didn’t do anything. I also noticed the printer still had the 24” bond on top and larger on bottom but wanted to see what would happen. Anyway, after many attempts he finally got it to start printing and behold it came out 24” not 30”. So got him to mess around with it for 5 minutes or so and he finally said “I don’t know what’s wrong with it, it should auto change, here’s a refund”. All he had to do was swap the paper rolls and place the larger one on top because they were different sizes. So long story short, 3 trips, 35 miles each, and approx 30 minutes in the store each time for the employees to not be familiar with the printers and equipment inside their own store. But hey, atleast we’re now getting $20/hr for minimum wage, minimum effort, and minimum skill.

    I had called ahead of time to get an idea of how feasible overnight shipping was going to be and I think my call was actually answered by the same representative that helped me out when I’d arrived (Teddy) and they were extremely kind and very supportive throughout the process, offering packaging suggestions to me based on what I was shipping and their attention to detail! I was in/out in no time! Phenomenal stuff! Thank you :-)
