Mike helped us with them and we were very pleased. 2 months ago we did the same thing for my Grandmother. Mike not only remembered us but remembered what we did. Today I came in and he remembered who we were and I told him we needed some help with my Grandfathers cards this time. He was very apologetic for our loss and still remembered what we did and recommended some different things as well. Thank you for your care and help with this process. My family and I are very grateful.
