The problem was, when I got them, the back didn’t line up with the front, so when they cut the cards, they were completely off. The cards looked terrible. The associate also told me multiple times I would receive envelopes. That was important to me because I was printing graduation announcements and needed them. He also said I would receive a text when the items were ready. I never received a text, and upon picking up the cards, there were no envelopes. The person working said were not included. I asked the guy 5 times about envelopes when I went in the first time because I needed them and wanted to make sure they’d be included. Spoke to a FedEx manager when picking them up and he ultimately gave me envelopes, but they were too big for the cards and looked ridiculous. Regardless, the biggest issue was the printing and cutting - that was not satisfactory at all. Disappointed with the experience and I go to FedEx quite a bit. Will only do basic printing going forward.
