Several people standing around Not assisting the associate trying to find my order when the order was sitting right in front of her face. Way too much personal chatter and lack of empathy for my pick up project in the past this took two minutes this time took 15 for absolutely no reason. God forbid one of them step gossiping about their night of drinking and help the associate find the paper sitting right in front of her. Very very sloppy

The service I received at UPS was so bad that at a point I just thought "I don't have to take this anymore!" so I left and went straight to FedEx. I was greeted by Leah with a totally professional and welcoming attitude. It was like a bucket of fresh water after crossing the desert.
