    Terrell is always wonderful to work with — he has helped us get posters and materials printed in very short time windows (some of our attorneys are last minute with requests). Terrell is always positive, helpful, and very responsive. I cannot tell you the amount of times he has helped us in a squeeze.

    ordered items from NC for use at event in Chicago. Terrell made recommendations for best value, and to make sure my job got done correctly. I initially placed 1 order, then added a couple more, including another placed on site. The final order had not been picked up on Friday by lunch and knowing he would be closing at 5pm and I needed the items for the weekend, he reached out to remind me of the pick up in plenty of time to get the items before the store closed. He showed great customer service and made sure the order was correct. We had an issue with getting a receipt printed at time of payment and he made sure receipts were sent by email promptly. He worked efficiently to get me on my way fast.

    I always place my orders with Terrell over email. This time, there was a mix up with what my company needed and we had a last minute change, but Terrell was able to accommodate us wonderfully. He is always prompt with his responses over email, and very friendly. Big thanks!

    Terrell provided an overall exceptional experience of customer service. Our firm required the printing of large posters and miscellaneous signage for a key client meeting on short notice. Terrell provided clear information on what he needed from us to produce a high-quality product, was diligent in checking our image to ensure resolution was maintained after significant enlargement, and ultimately made spot-on recommendations about the materials that would best suit our needs. He also was able to provide our products well in advance of the short deadline we had to meet. Moreover, I very much appreciated the continuity of his service - I interacted with him 3 times over and each time he remembered my name and the project I was working on. Not to mention the fact that he went to the trouble of sending me a duplicate receipt after I lost the original (saving me an annoying conversation with my boss). Thanks Terrell!
