The store was very busy. I was waiting in line that didn't seem to be moving and the store manager (I don't remember her name) stepped up to say "I can take you over here." She was fast, efficient, polite and professional. I really appreciated all of it because I had to be at an appointment and was worried I was going to be late. But I got my packages shipped and made it to my appointment in time. Grateful for that.

Larry offered me options, he saw I was reluctant to provide my ID and gave me 3 reasons why fedex asks for it, he carefully wrapped my package to make sure it wouldn't break in transit, and he was friendly and polite. The whole experience was pleasant.

The staff at the Evanston store are always friendly and willing to help. I frequent the store a few times a month for shipping services. This is the first time I used the store for printing services. Danyea was awesome. He helped me with making sure the file was correct and printed way ahead of what I was quoted. I dropped my files off at 3:30pm and they were completed by 9:00am the next day. My order consisted of three full sized retractable banners. There was one small error with the tension of the banner requiring a reprinting, which was done complimentary and within a few hours. Evelyn was also so helpful. So glad this office is right around the corner from me but I would be willing to drive a distance to get this level of service. Thank you!!

My visit to the store was fine. The woman who helped me was very helpful when I sent the package and when I returned to get assistance for tracking my package and getting it redelivered. Despite her help and talking with a FedEx representative (Joanna) in customer service, absolutely none of the actions promised by FedEx related to the late delivery of my package were addressed.

I've been a longtime customer -- and fan of FedEx for years...and we got to know a number of FedEx' top executives via the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. We had a very rare challenge in getting a package to my daughter in New York City -- as her apartment in NYC occasionally has packages stolen from the lobby/mail area... So, to be safe, we've had great success in shipping packages to your FedEx location at 69 Spring Street. It means my daughter can stop by anytime--and get a package there. On a recent shipment, the package seemed to get lost along the way -- and the assessment was that it might have been returned to me in the Chicago area. The thought from FedEx was that it had been returned to your Evanston, Ill. location at 2518 Green Bay Road--where I had originally shipped it from. When I checked there, a VERY helpful The outstanding FedEx customer representative "Evelyn S." checked...and got in touch with the 69 Spring Street Store in NYC...and they determined the package was actually somehow still there in NYC...which was GREAT news. We are SO grateful to Evelyn S. at the Evanston FedEx Office & Ship Center -- and her counterparts in NYC, too...! I know you successfully ship millions of important packages the world over...every darn day. And that things can happen sometimes with a package making its way to the intended destination. In our case, some great folks at your NYC location -- and ESPECIALLY and OUTSTANING "Evelyn S." at the Evanston store helped make sure an important package got to my daughter Mona in New York. I don't have the name(s) of whoever helped in New York--but please thank them, as well! I needed a passport photo and Larry took the photo. He was extremely knowledgeable, very efficient and very pleasant.
