The common thought is log on to the location's WiFi,yet that is not my first "want." This visit was streamline for sure. I got acknowledged and helped to the email for my return label to print. I planned it to take awhile, but not even close. Got my name identified from the email heading, placed on the package, sealed properly and my receipt explained. Part of the reason this is getting filled out,lol. Still even without the thought this review would be done. Google deserves to have the location and experience of a positive consumer who calls things without too much thought. The East State location in Rockford, IL really respected me and themselves so it's a win for the professionals providing the service(s)...then the quality name of FedEx Office Group. Gratitudes again for the time.

Because of anxiety with the taxes I was just struggling to get through the process, Sarah came over made everything so easy for me got me through the process helped me organize all the forms I needed. She is absolutely a keeper! I won't be going anywhere else if I need forms or copies or anything. You guys are great!

Ms. Sandra was extremely pleasant, patient and informative. She answered all my questions and offered a few different way to get the vaccum out of my car. Now-a-days it's rare to find good customers service, I was please to find an exceptional customer service experience with Ms. Sandra!! Will be using this FedEx store for my future needs!!

She was helpful, courteous, and calm in the midst of my freakout. I cannot thank her enough for getting the proposal printed perfectly. She gave great suggestions for future proposal printing, which we will definitely use. We will continue to use this store for any future proposal printing. I have no doubts she will exceed my expectations again and again. This store is lucky to have such a great employee in this day and age. Her customer service skills are right on the money, which is hard to find. I cannot thank Sandra enough for her help this morning in bringing this proposal to the finish line.
