    I rated the experience as 'meeting' my expectations because I have come to expect FedEx offices to provide great printing and service, so as always, FedEx met my expectations!

    I originally had 3 packages ready to be picked up by FedEx at my office. I requested a pick up from 1 pm to 4 pm (we close the office by 4 pm). I never received any kind of communication from FedEx stating that there would be an issue in picking up the packages. When I left the office at 4:19 pm, I noticed, the packages were not picked up. My colleague was going to work late and he said he was going to be there so in case FedEx comes by, the main doors are still open. Long story short, when he left the office, the packages were still there in the lobby, never picked up. So he walked over to the FedEx office which is next to our office building and dropped them off. Unbeknownst to us, the last pick up at the FedEx office was 6 pm and we missed it. Tom, the gentleman at the FedEx office suggested another location with a later pick up near the airport but my colleague couldn't do it. When I heard this I panicked since the items needed to be delivered to the location by Friday 2/2 in time for a Monday morning meeting I was hosting in Fort Worth on 2/5 (at this point, the packages were going to go out on 2/1 and would be delivered on Monday 2/5, 2 day shipping). I called the FedEx office and spoke to Tom and explained my situation. Tom was amazing! He was able to re-create the labels so that the packages which are now being picked up on 2/1 and get delivered to Fort Worth the following day on 2/2. Hopefully if all goes well, the packages will get there in time and I will be able to set things up ahead of my meeting on Monday 2/5. Tom could of easily said, "come and pick up your packages or come back here with new labels or just say, too bad, you missed the truck" but he didn't. He knew I lived an hour away and knew how important this was for me. He took the time to re-do the paperwork and get these shipped out on time. I am forever grateful for what Tom did. He went out of his way to do something for me when he really didn't have to, especially 20 minutes before the store closed. Excellent customer service! He was patient, heard me out and put my mind at ease. He helped me resolve a situation I didn't think could be resolved. The world needs more people like Tom. I appreciate his help, more than he'll ever know. I hope FedEx acknowledges him and I hope the organization realizes how important it is to have employees that don't even think twice and go out of their way to help others. Big thank you to Tom!

    The most delightful experience! I had a pleasant chat with customers, about this frigid temperature and got the best customer service from Ms. Kathy who was just a delight! I plan to come back for printing. I wish the Fedex by me was this hospitable.

    I had to reprint several tent cards while traveling (original order placed at FedEx location in different state). Tom had the order done earlier than promised, and even folded the tent cards for me, which I really appreciated! He had a super pleasant manner and if the FedEx team at my home location wasn't so great, I would wish Tom was at my home FedEx location - he is great!
