    My dad’s funeral was set for sat march 16th. I created his obituary with a Canva template and needed to get it printed. I went to UPS Thurs. They couldn’t do it and sent me to the fedex in the area. I was so stressed and desperate. I explained to Joyce what I needed and she tried helping me in store to get things uploaded. Since I live in the area. I told her I would go home and use my laptop and then come back. It took me forever to find the template on your site that would accept my upload. My pick up was for fri, which was the day before the funeral. I still had so much more to get done. Friday afternoon Joyce called me because she noticed my order was printed, but not like the booklets she knew I needed. My order submitted online different from what I needed. Joyce explained this to me and told me Kathy (her supervisor) was trying to get things fixed. I said I would stop in right away because I needed things to be correct. Joyce and Kathy fixed my order and got my dad’s obituaries printed and they came out perfect. I’m so grateful that Joyce remembered me from the night before. If she hadn’t asked about my order when her shift started, things would have been a disaster for me. She and Kathy really made my day and I’ll definitely go to this location for any of my printing needs going forward.

    This store is always going above and beyond for anyone whenever I’m in there they have been a huge part of my success as well as the company success that I work for. I appreciate everything that Chris and Brent do on a daily basis as well as all the team member that work at this office.
