I had 3 experiences with having flyers made in less than two weeks. Each visit and each staff member was highly professional and also very kind and courteous. I have been recommending their services to others also. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service and quality of product I received. 13 days later, I’m happy and relieved to report that my cat came home on his own.

The store manager Barbara was extremely professional but kind and caring about my circumstances. Her assistance in helping me understand how to design my own poster was wonderful. She’s very knowledgeable and efficient, even when assisting other customers at the same time. It really was one of those experiences where I can truly say she exceeded my expectations in every way. She was invaluable in making the entire experience just what I needed. When you’re already sad and broken over a missing pet and trying to hurry to do everything possible find them, you’re not in a normal state. She could appreciate this and was my strength when she recognized how vulnerable I was. She definitely went above and beyond in personalizing my experience and I am happy to know we have such an efficient and personable store manager lending her expertise to our community.
