Unfortunately, today was one of those days when we had an urgent need with a deadline, so we came to our local fedex office for shipping services because they were open later than any post office. We arrived an hour before close and when requesting to pay for our services using cash money, we were told that was not possible because the tills were already closed and there was nothing the team member could do. Thankfully, there was a fedex in Fishers that was open and still had drawers ready for cash (we called ahead to be sure). If that was not the case, we would have no alternative. I normally would not go out of my way to communicate an experience like this, however, I felt compelled because a small detail like closing yours drawers really early could impact someone already having a tough time and just looking for proper service. I’m not sure if this is the store’s policy for closing, but either way, I hope they review it in the future.

She had to use the printer in the folding machine and made sure I was happy with the product before she finished folding all the newsletters. Plus, she is just a pleasant person to deal with, which is not always the case in stores where there is stress.
