    This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had with any FedEx store. Let alone a FedEx attached to a hotel property. The employees are some of the nicest, patient, and knowledgeable staff I've met. Nothing felt rushed and I felt valued as a customer. The manager has done an incredible job hiring this staff. I wish I could give the medallion pin to each and every one - or just the whole team in general. They all deserve it. Incredible job, all of you. Thank you for making this tedious task of shipping so effortless.

    Upon the store opening I called FedEx in New Orleans located in the Hyatt Hotel on the second floor and I spoke with Matthew and told him what I needed and that it was a time constraint he was very welcoming very comforting very knowledgeable and highly confident that he could get the printing job done. Upon entering the store it was five star from beginning to end Matthew and Shea were absolutely amazing exceeded my expectations. This establishment will be frequented often as I will be needing printing faxing and other services I highly recommend this store as well as the two individuals that were working there
