I had to ship a bunch of stuff for work and shipping is always a bit stressful but Charles and Nicole made it almost enjoyable! Charles in particular is always in the store when I come by to ship, he is very reassuring and knowledgeable, answering everyone's questions and moving quickly but carefully.
