Online it said the order would be ready after the event was slated to start. I called Bryan the morning of my event in a panic. He said not to worry that he would have the order ready four hours earlier, if not more, than the quoted time. He called when it was ready and sure enough, it was even earlier than he said it would be. Bryan saved me the embarrassment of not having these items. I am extremely grateful for additional effort and pleasant demeanor, even though he told me he had been at work since the wee hours of the morning!
