    Jervy was so nice and helpful with my request to make a photocopy of a 13 x 19 print that I needed to duplicate. I needed one copy of the same size and he enlarged the other one for me on an 18 x 24. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. Thank you so much for your help, Jervy!

    I needed some assistance with printing some pictures and FedEx has always been my go to. To my dismay when I arrived I was told that any assistance from a staff member there would be a service fee and that if I needed my photos printed same day there would be a rush fee applied on top of that. I was told I could use the self service but I may or may not be able to complete my task and that instead of photo paper it would be the next best thing (staff needed to load the printer when I was ready). I told them to hold off I would think on it and see if I can do some edits on my own and come back. I came back later and spoke to someone different and was told something completely different. I was told they couldn’t load the self printers with the special paper and that since they would have to print it, there would be a fee. I was obviously upset as this was my second time coming back and being told something drastically different. Mike saw that I was upset after explaining the situation and said that I was unfortunately told the wrong information and that he would speak to whoever gave me the incorrect information previously. Mike took the time to review the pictures with me, fix some of the edits I made that weren’t correct and even test printed to ensure I was happy prior to beginning the print the job. I had arrived a little over 30 minutes before closing but did not feel rushed and appreciated Mike taking the time and attention to ensure my printing needs were fulfilled and that I was satisfied. Mike hands down turned my experience around and I left with a smile on my face thanks to his patience and professionalism from start to end. I will most definitely be back, hopefully to be assisted by Mike again! Man deserves a raise especially in a time where good customer service is hard to come by and with those experiences I do try my best to review and or recommend to others. Thanks, Mike! You made my day, my niece loved her pictures and wall decor for her new room.

    I arrived at 1050am on 1 Feb 2024. I showed up with 25 individual boxes to go to 25 different locations. Michael could have easily shown dissatisfaction with the amount of work before him. However, he was pleasant, patient, and above all, was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. Fantastic experience!

    Went to send a package to family out of town. Destiny is always a pleasure to interact with. She is friendly and always knows exactly how to do what I need to do. I see her about every 3 weeks and I always leave with a smile.

    Destiny was extremely polite and went out of her way to assist me with brochures needed for a funeral service (next day). She was prompt in her response, and handled the order with care. You have a GEM! The brochures were turned around quicker than expected and came out perfectly.

    Michael made everything very easy for me he was great and super helpful. Exceeded the customer service I normally get at other shipping places. He deserves a raise for sure.
