Because each document also had glass in the frame, each had to be wrapped carefully. It was tedious but these two were fantastic! & efficient! I have had so much good service at thatstore(1814). They really dropped the ball this time -- VERY unusual -- and it caused added costs as well as a different approach on my end for my presentation since they cut the 11 x 17 sheets down without that instruction ($27.88 -- Granted there were crop marks on the file but they were for me) and included a rush fee ($17.50) without letting me know there would be a rush fee--they just did it and charged me.

She charged one print right and one overcharged. I just gave up. Also, we asked if she could do it now. She said yes, but charged us a $35 fee without telling us
