I was told at first that I needed to use the website to generate that label, and when I used it, I was not successful. I then called customer service, and I did not receive the assistance that I needed. William then assisted me by creating a new account for my organization and we were able to move forward successfully. I am very grateful to William for problem-solving as quickly as he did.

She gave me the cost of my package before it was ready to send to help me determine whether to continue my business by weighing the items in a box with the destination set. The price was right. She was so helpful by assisting me with wrapping my gift. Then carefully she wrapped the gifts in the box. If she’s not a manager, she should be made a manager. She has excellent skills both in knowing the products, assisting staff and helping the customers. BRAVO FERDINA!!
