- Friday, April 5, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0I actually had an incredibly frustrating morning trying to ship a large, heavy package, one FedEx office told me to go to FedEx Ground and they could handle it, I drove 30 minutes to FedEx Ground and they told me they can't print labels and couldn't take the shipment there, I was incredibly frustrated after running around all morning trying to get this shipment on its way, then I visited Dori's location at 2800 S State St in Ann Arbor, she could see I was really frustrated and honestly pretty defeated, and immediately jumped in to explain everything to me, help me print the labels and package my shipment up, and get it on its way for me. They took the 140+ lb shipment right then and there for me, when I thought I had to drive back to FedEx Ground, it was such a relief, I will only return to this location in the future, they know what they're doing and took a genuine interest to make sure I had a good experience. Thanks to everyone at this location!!

Final product was perfect. I can't say enough great things about Wolfgang and this office.

I felt confident in the quality of the work and the attention given to my project/print job. I am highly satisfied with the product and the service.

He knew his job well and was extremely helpful through all phases. I was especially grateful that he knew how to flatten my file so that the print matched my print grids. Previously, I also knew that I had some issues with my files, so I knew that the ones I brought with me weren't going to work correctly. I initially just wanted to get some guidance on what I should change in my file to make it possible to print correctly. The team member went above and beyond and not only helped me with some suggestions, they were able to make the changes I needed on the spot and had it ready the next morning. I was extremely impressed!
