    I was a bit apprehensive because I was shipping electronics. Edmund verbally walked me through my options. After making my choice, he continued to inform me about the choice that I had made so that I could make an educated decision concerning the best option for me. I chose to allow him to pack my items. As he packed, he continued to answer my questions politely, professionally and compassionately. By the time the experience came to a close, instead of apprehension I felt confident in FedEx’s ability to deliver my package safely and on time! Edmund is a wonderful addition to your staff! :-)

    I am writing to formally address a deeply concerning incident that occurred during my recent visit to your establishment. As a loyal customer, I have always held your store in high regard for its excellent service and professionalism. However, my recent encounter with your assistant manager has left me deeply disappointed and disturbed.During my visit on 4/2/2024 I approached the counter seeking assistance with a query. Instead of providing the expected assistance, the assistant manager's demeanor was shockingly rude and dismissive. Not only did they fail to address my concerns in a professional manner, but they also engaged in inappropriate behavior.To my dismay, I overheard the assistant manager making disparaging remarks about an elderly customer who had just left the premises. Their insensitive comments were not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful towards the individual in question.As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect at all times. The behavior displayed by your assistant manager falls far below the standard of professionalism that your establishment should uphold. Such conduct not only reflects poorly on the assistant manager but also tarnishes the reputation of your business.I urge you to take immediate action to address this matter. It is imperative that steps are taken to ensure that all members of your staff adhere to the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. No customer should ever be subjected to such disrespectful treatment.I trust that you will investigate this incident thoroughly and take appropriate disciplinary action against the assistant manager involved. As a valued customer, I hope to see swift and decisive measures taken to rectify this situation and restore my faith in your establishment.

    Edmund was so helpful and friendly! he helped me cut down a bday card to fit into the package for my mom's bday! i didnt even ask him, but he offered! i usually dread having to go mail something but this visit was great!!

    I was uncertain about how to ship artwork I needed to send to New York. I called ahead and Edmund answered confident the location would have what I needed to deliver the artwork. When I walked in with everything I needed to send, it seemed like too much. I got some looks from different people who seemed unsure about the feasibility of shipping what I was sending. Edmund jumped into action and handled everything with ease. This isn’t the first time he’s helped me with an oversized artwork that needed shipping far out of state. I so appreciate him and love coming to this location.
