- Saturday, April 13, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0The worker was very cold and seemed upset that she was asked for help. When I inquired about printing services she was very dry borderline curt. She never told me how much services were to print but immediately told me about the 2.50 service charge ASSUMING I had an order less than 50.00. She literally went over to the copier to count out the 90 copies I was requesting. After a few minutes I can old her I would just pay the $250 fee since she was already running those papers through the copier. She reluctantly told me what my total would have been and then told me what it will cost for her to make the copies. Needless to say I went to self-serve and just made plain white copies. I have never received such poor customer service from FedEx in all the years that I've been using utilizing them for my church copies. There were two workers the one I'm speaking of I didn't get her name because she didn't offer it but she was the one with the braids not the one with the curly hair. To say the least I'm so dissatisfied.
