From the very onset of approaching the staff at the Roseville FedEx office, I was greeted with extreme kindness, compassionate, patience and professional guidance and assistance. It took several attempts and conversations and staff to guide me through the proof to get mto my desired outcome. In the final part of the process, I met Hillary who I had noticed all throughout my visits to greet customers with a warm smile , upbeat attitude, and astute attentiveness. I was so appreciative that it was her that shared the completion of my desired outcome. She went above and beyond the extra mile to listen to my desired outcome, and it turned out exactly as I had hoped. If you could clone her, your store would be fuller than it already is! Your Roseville Michigan team is extraordinary.

The whole thing seemed like it would be such a chore, but Katie made it all super easy. She was so helpful, kind, and funny the whole time. She knew exactly what needed to be done and she guided me every step of the way. The whole thing went way faster than I expected. It was clear to me that she cared about solving my problem, and that means the world to me. I’ll absolutely be coming back to FedEx again.

I think if more of the workers has her chrism things would be better for this place. Always wiping down cleaning and helping customers this is rare in jobs and she does this every visit!
