I did not receive a call at all so I decided to stop by the store to check and Jayla was there who was super helpful and showed me an example that I could approve so she could move forward with the print. She was amazing and I appreciated her during this difficult time. I didn’t bother asking why the other lady did not call me to provide an update on my order it would have been nice to say we could not get to it today etc. Crickets

Jayla was very efficient at setting up the shipment. She is friendly and knowledgeable and the entire transaction was completed in less than five minutes. She gave me the tracking number and gave me the expected delivery date. She is very easy to work with and I commend her customer service skills. Her efficiency is truly admirable!
