He didn’t know it but I had just left USPS to ship a package and it was a nightmare to say the least. I dreaded going to ship another package but was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I walked in with my 3 children (which is already overwhelming and I know can be frustrating to employees) and he greeted us with a smile. I handed him my box and shipping label and was so surprised when he just handed my receipt and didn’t give me a hard time like they did at USPS. It was so easy and so appreciated. I was in and out within 2 minutes at most. It was such a relief to get that errand out of the way with no hassle. Thank you!

I was limited at home with what I could do and he sized, printed, and laminated 10 trading cards in less than 30 minutes! What made this so special is that I promised my 84 year-old dad I would complete this project for his dear friend from Maumee High School in Ohio, class of 1958. Hugh mentioned that projects like this were his favorite thing to do - it certainly shows! Thank you so much Hugh!!
