    Portia greeted me upon my arrival and took care of me throughout my visit. The notecards were for a trivia game I made for my kids for Christmas. Portia helped me print them and do special cutting. She helped me save money in the process using a coupon available today. Thank you Portia! Happy holidays!

    The associates were very helpful with my printing. I do think you should have your self-service copies serviced more often though. I had yellow stripes on several documents and there were lots of black smudges. I assume these are issues arising from heavy use. I was happy that the store associate was able to reprint several of my documents on the copiers behind the counter to remedy the copier issue I was experiencing. Thank you for your assistance!

    You have a real go-getter in your team member named Eric. So patient and calm as I encountered problems that he ably helped me to overcome. Nice man, too. Very capable. Keep an eye on him — his potential is legit. Not to mention … the quality of the print job was top notch. 5 stars across the board from service to price to print quality.

    Perry made my day when I came in. Rather than simply helping me because I was the next customer, he actually seemed genuinely eager to help me out and make sure my project was done well then, after my printing, I needed to send a fax and generally I knew what I was doing, but since they weren’t busy, he walked over and helped me get it done quickly particularly since they had new fax machines. It seems like these days so many places are understaffed and that tends to hurt the customer service so it was just really nice to have someone who was extremely competent and knew what he was doing and also very friendly and eager to help .
