I had yellow stripes on several documents and there were lots of black smudges. I assume these are issues arising from heavy use. I was happy that the store associate was able to reprint several of my documents on the copiers behind the counter to remedy the copier issue I was experiencing. Thank you for your assistance!

Nice man, too. Very capable. Keep an eye on him — his potential is legit. Not to mention … the quality of the print job was top notch. 5 stars across the board from service to price to print quality.

Rather than simply helping me because I was the next customer, he actually seemed genuinely eager to help me out and make sure my project was done well then, after my printing, I needed to send a fax and generally I knew what I was doing, but since they weren’t busy, he walked over and helped me get it done quickly particularly since they had new fax machines. It seems like these days so many places are understaffed and that tends to hurt the customer service so it was just really nice to have someone who was extremely competent and knew what he was doing and also very friendly and eager to help .
