I answered "Today if possible". Without seeing my document or asking about quantities, the employee answered "It's not possible, we're a busy store". I then let him know it was a single document and that it would be front and back. I felt like more of a burden to this gentleman, than a welcomed customer. I was also charged $22 for 2 4x6 documents and with ZERO explanation on the "FS Surcharge" and why I was charged for CUTTING? I also wasn't offered a bag until after I paid for my items. I will look for other options in the future for any printing needs.
