I’m a regular and I can say that even when the store is busy they manage to acknowledge and help every customer. Recently I have seen a difference with the new manager as he sits on counters and lays across the tables where they be doing the packing and print jobs. I must say this left a bad taste in my mouth as I have never seen employees do this especially a manager. I’m sure this will reach the right person and be addressed.

The professional guidance, patience and level of care shown to me during my time of bereavement was priceless.
