I really this because I have gotten business cards from different fedex locations and this was the first time I seen something like this. And I want to male sure she gets notice for this

I asked to buy one of a different size and suddenly the curly haired male worker decided that they don’t have any boxes for sale. Also the door doesn’t work. If you don’t want peoples business just say that but try not wasting peoples time with such an extraordinary display of incompetence.

Typically I don’t feel like I’m helped very well and that’s in tandem with me trying to not to be too overbearing or overwhelming to the employees. This time was different I felt taken care. I wish the print came out my clear but that could also be user error on my part. I was pleased when I pointed out the quality wasn’t what I expected, it was promptly fixed. Overall I’m happy with how I was taken care of on this last visit.

He started giving me excuses that I can’t do that as it’s not covered under insurance. This kind of BAD customer service is highly unacceptable from a company like FedEx
