My packages were quite difficult and annoying and he had so much patience. He helped every step of the way, assured me that it wasn’t a bother to him despite me feeling like a difficult customer, any concerns he had a solution for right away. He held a smile the entire way through and his humor was awesome.

Having an urgent last minute print request for a family funeral, Pete stepped right in, kind, considerate, and attentive. After reviewing the mock-ups I had sent in earlier and Pete promptly called before hand to let me know they're ready to go, he also informed us that the printer could fold the programs for us as well as that the special paper the family requested could be used. On an already hard day, Pete truly made this part of the day as easy and stress-free as possible. The programs are beautiful and neatly tucked into a divided box for easy differentiation between Spanish and English, our experience was undoubtedly exceptional.
