- Monday, April 22, 20244 out of 5Rating 4.0I arrived at the South Plainfield, NJ location on 4925 Stelton Road. I had 3 large boxes all weighing a total of approx. 50 pounds. The store was not busy and saw only one other customer. None of the employees bothered to look up to ask me if I needed help and what service I required. I went to one desk where I had to get the attention of an employee who was at the station, but did not bother to look up or say hello. Once I asked for help he directed me to the other station. From there is was a simple scan and drop off, but disappointing the employees are not customer centric and I had to walk around with 50 pounds until I got the right person's attention.

Shandliz and Kisema also were amazing at providing assistance and thinking of ways to help us. We finally figured it out after an hour. These ladies were AMAZING and SO PATIENT with us!

I definitely recommend to come to this fedex even if its far from you because its WORTH the drive. It’s clean and the staff are nice. But above all Ernie was the best. He’s the guy for you if you need help with printing, resizing.
