I was headed from my vehicle to the door w/my hands full and he greeted me at the door to assist me and help. I brought my own packing tape as I wanted to make sure I did not mix up the boxes scanning the QR codes and applying labels and Charles said he had that and would tape them for me. He was patient while I located and provided the QR codes and made sure we had everything correct before taping them closed. He smiled the entire time, and was friendly and conversational. Getting an associate to even just acknowledge you in most stores these days feels like a feat, but Charles was exceptional and really made the difference. If I have the option to choose Fed Ex for future needs, I mist certainly will. Thank you for making a difference today Charles!

My boss ONLY uses this location and now I understand why! Charles is amazing! He should be promoted to assistant manager (I know I’m a customer- Vanessa) but I have worked in mngt and he is that material! Also the manager currently is doing an amazing job because his employees represent and reflect excellence.
