    The whole team was incredible! We had a lot of different boxes going to a lot of international locations and they did everything they could to help keep the coasts reasonable. They were ready and willing to help us in anyway we needed. They helped us repackage everything as well to be more efficient.

    It started with Jen. I explained the challenge we had - our display shipments were not delivered, so we needed a solution that was almost immediate. Jen quickly helped me with a way to create a banner very quickly, once I sent her the artwork. After that, Brittany and I spoke a couple of times. She asked some great questions and even volunteered to go down to our exhibit area so she could assess what our table looked like. This helped drive the ultimate solution. When I came back to the store, we had to do one more last minute change. That’s when the rest of the team contributed to bringing this project across the finish line. I don’t know all the rest of the names, but I believe Ellen was instrumental to this project as well. The team at this store is high energy and customer focused. Thank you!

    I would like to thank Jordan from store #5528 with all my heart. I called her store with a very urgent print on a Friday right before closing and she was so patient and helpful. She was able to print my order and it was ready for me to pick up first thing the next morning on Saturday. I had a lot of questions regarding sizing and even though it was almost time for FedEx to close, she never rushed me and very kindly explained the sizing issues my files had. I cannot thank her enough for her service and I will definitely revisit her and this FedEx when I need a print in the future!
