I’m new to all this shipping and logistics and I came in today to ship my first two boxes. Jess assisted me and she was such a breath of fresh air. Technology is always efficient and makes no mistakes(lol) . Long story short she made a frustrating situation easy and we had a laugh. It’s employees like these that people should focus on having because she made the mud and things we have to do each day a little more pleasant. As a new business owner this will be my shipping center and I will come back now a lot!

Today Liz was obviously distracted with a computer problem she was trying to fix, but she greeted me with a smile and took the time to help me. She was not in a hurry with me. Very professional.
