    He packaged my documents and addressed it correctly and advised of the expected delay due to weather. The delivery person made an understandable mistake when attempting to deliver to the wrong address due to the business having relocated but the business name still showing at the previous address across the parking lot. Customer service reps on the phone were responsive and appear to have contacted the delivery driver directly because they got the package delivered correctly on the same day. The evidence confirmation number was 141094646. This representative was kind, professional AND empathic as they noted how worried I was about the failed delivery. I appreciated having the ability to reach a live person but was absolutely thrilled to find they could achieve immediate resolution.

    We were running last minute to print some stuff out for our daughter for school on Monday. Rosie patiently helped us and even allowed us to stay just past closing time to get the order completed. She was very nice and we were incredibly thankful for her and the service.

    I have had exemplary service from other FedEx stores but this one fell short. We had a major lack of communication about the job I ordered from one staffer not passing on my instructions for a due time to the person who would be doing the job to that person not understanding what I needed in a booklet. It may be lack of training but I felt this staffer was completely out of their element, which pushed the deadline very close to when the job was to be picked up for an important meeting.

    So I actually came to get my passport picture taken. The process was super easy. A new employee helped me and she was being trained. The trainer was very friendly and helped her when she had problems with the camera. A different team member named Rosie also came to help and she was super friendly and very funny. The only down side is that the passport picture were on the expensive side. 2 pictures for 16 dollars compared to Walmarts 8 dollars. Your customer service was excellent though
