They let me know it was done when I called them and when I got there they were finishing it up. The print was good. Quality excellent. Service team polite and courteous. My issue is that I paid $97.44 for 20 color 2 sided 11x17 prints. It looks like I was charged a rush fee. I only asked if it was going to be printed same day. And it took a total of 5 minutes to print job. I do a lot of printing for elementary schools and that price is too high to be able to continue using FEDEX Office. I am hoping that there could be a reduction in the cost. Thank you
