My first intention were to do it myself (printing), and quickly realized I needed help. I was stressed and Gabby was all smiles the entire time, she helped me relax. We were still experiencing issues and I was ready to walk away , but Gabby was reassuring that this can get done. She went out of her way over and beyond to help me accomplish my goal. I got what I needed for my presentation. All the while when Gabby was helping me the gentleman that was working with her made sure he took care of all the other customers coming in promptly, and kept everything flowing. Great teamwork!!

The associate (Carlie) who was supposed to help me with my shipping was very overt with their attitude and belittling behavior. The associate was rude when I tried to ask questions and the associate gave attitude when I attempted to confirm the address and inquire about the delivery options.

I was hurried and almost frantic and ai just asked a gentleman behind the counter for help. Carlie stopped what he was doing and came over to help me step by step. I honestly would have had a difficult time navigating faxing by myself. He was knowledgeable and patient. Thank you FedEx and thank you so much Carlie. All my papers were faxed.
