- Thursday, April 25, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0I will NOT return to that location again. I am a loyal Fedex user -- I have an account and go out of my way to use FEDEX over any other service. I have never encountered someone as rude as the person who helped me pack and send a package. IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE. She was argumentative, told me I couldn't send my box to the address on my account and said "oh, so we are doing this talk over each other thing" -- She was also incredibly rude to my daughter. She wore no name tag -- so I went back in to get her name -- she was again rude and asked why I needed it - I said I need it for my records -- she gave it reluctantly. I rarely do these surveys -- but it was a remarkable event. I WISH TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS but someone needs to refresh the meaining of customer service with that employee.
