    Nadia: I had the most extraordinary experience at the west 72nd FedEx printing center. Nadia was an angel working with me and my sister over FaceTime to figure out the best way to print a poster that I need for a national conference that I’m presenting at tomorrow! There were some issues with the images, and she was able to fix them and give me sound and wise advice about how to proceed with the printing. Nadia is an outstanding professional, who deserves much recognition for her integrity, honesty, patience, and professionalism. It was a pleasure working with her, and I intend to return to this same location. A shout out also to Donnell, who introduced me to Nadia! He was helpful as well.     This Fedex office is in my neighborhood and I've used it often in the past with good results and experiences. This visit was different in every way. There was no one in the store and only one customer service rep available standing at the counter (Angel). I approached the counter and said hello asking him is I could have his assistance sending two small packages. He said Ok but told me I had to walk about the corner to and stand in a different spot at the counter. I obliged him but it was odd and off-putting (seemed like he was very rigid/seeking control about many things like that during my interaction with him). Next I told him I'd like a package for sending that would protect the gift bags I was sending and he chose a flimsy plastic sack style envelope. I asked him for a cardboard envelope and he seemed irritated. Next he took the information for the recipients address(es) and mine. When I he asked me to confirm my address I asked him to make sure that the street name included BLVD and not DRIVE. He said that is not what's in the computer and not on my identification. I then said that's okay; but the address must say BLVD to go to the right place. He then in a very dismissive and rude tone called my "honey" and began to argue with me about what was on my ID. I was stunned by his lack of judgment and decorum. He instead seemed like he just wanted to fight with me about why it was in his computer that way and I was only interested in giving him the correct address as he'd requested me to confirm in the beginning. He really was so deeply committed to arguing and confrontation. I felt mistreated and don't know if I'll ever go back to this location. He was the worst and everything about the way he comported himself and treated me (the customer) was beneath the stature of the brand and my experience in this location -- but for the brand and the paying customer he would not have a job. He failed his obligations to the brand and the customer.
