I went to FedEx instead and Joel and the rest of the team were really helpful and friendly. I was printing out a very important document, a packet to help an incarcerated person apply for parole. So it was really important that it be accurately printed and sent on time. The team took note of how urgent & important this was and took extra care. I really appreciated it.
