She not only helped me figure out how to use this machine for printing, but also assisted in trouble shooting when one of my print codes didn’t work; she made sure my entries were correct for how I wanted the document printed (I messed up twice and she caught it both times!); and she went far above and beyond by offering to help me staple my 50+ packets of documents. She was so kind, welcoming, and inclusive. Truly I appreciated her so much!

They were very patient and made sure that they took the proper steps so that I had exactly what I needed even when the store didn't have the exact paper that I needed. (Please stock the glossy cardstock!) All in All 10/10 service! I will definitely be back!

I came a day before to see if a local carrier dropped off a pelican case which I would pick up directly, but it was delivered today an when I went to pick up I was created by a young man who remembered me an just wanted to show an confirm that a pelican case that came in was mine which was, and was immediately rushed by the assistant manager with an attitude about me paying for delivery. Again the payment was not the issue is was the lack of professionalism and how she spoke to me in a demeaning matter and even after giving me my bill charge had an attitude an would not even ecknowledge my presence that other employees had to try and change the matter by giving me a regular conversation which I appreciated but fact is that woman so no where near be in charge of having conversations which guest or customers. The level of rudeness and lack of service was above inappropriate
