Brittany was very dismissive and was not pleasant to have a conversation with. She constantly spoke with another customer during our interactions who she was not dealing with and her excuse for being how she is outrightly was because she had worked multiple shifts.

Mack was so helpful! He even suggested that I might want to laminate the copies so they could be used as table mats for my grandchildren and he walked me through that procedure as well. What an excellent suggestion!! So much better than having copies that will get torn and tattered. They came out beautifully and will help my grandchildren have an understanding of where states are located. My sincerest thanks to Mack. I appreciated his patience and kindness, and his suggestion on how to make my copy job even better! He made my day!
