I stopped at the FedEx office location on Erie Blvd on my way home. Krystal, the FedEx team member who helped me, was great. She was friendly and receptive, and took the time to make sure all the details were in order. She was also careful with the item I was sending. The transaction was smooth and efficient and I left the store feeling great. Krystal told me she and her teammates were competing for a lunch from their boss based on number of surveys submitted. I am submitting my support for Krystal but also, for the whole team. This is a great location with great service and everyone deserves to be treated to a celebratory lunch.

Brittany was very dismissive and was not pleasant to have a conversation with. She constantly spoke with another customer during our interactions who she was not dealing with and her excuse for being how she is outrightly was because she had worked multiple shifts.
